Our Body, Mind, Emotion, Energy and  Spirit together form the Whole Person.  It is only by dealing with each part of the whole within the whole, that we can have vital and energetic health.

We keep suffering from stress not because life itself is so stressful, but because we misunderstand:

Learn How to Use the FOUR (4) Aces for Coping:

 ALTER - If the situation something that you can control, then do so.  Change or alter the situation to fit you.
AVOID - When you cannot Alter the situation, then, by whatever means Avoid it all together.  Know that it is your choice to go to the drag races when you don't like the noise.  Don't go! ADAPT - Learn to adjust and go along with the flow when you just have to be in a particular situation and you are not able to Alter or Avoid.  Wear earplugs if going to the drag races mean making a living selling t-shirts.  
ACCEPT - When all the above have failed, then it's time to say: "Oh Well" and Accept things for what they are.  Adapt and Accept can be used together.  When you Adapt to something
you also have to Accept it. By Accepting it you begin to Adapt. Always consider the source. 
  

Growth Through Awareness

To enhance your health you must be Aware of Yourself. When any aspect of your "self" is out of balance, and unhappy, it will let you know (symptoms).

  • Be Aware of your body--what makes it feel good and what makes it hurt. Learn to listen to your body when it communicates. 
  • Be Aware of you Emotions--which people or activities cause you to feel happy, loving, connected, and which create feelings of anger, fear, and depression. 
  • Be Aware of your thoughts--which thoughts make you smile and feel good, and which bring a frown or cause your muscles to tighten. 
  • Be Aware of your spiritual condition what causes you to feel inner peace, joy, a sense that all is right in your world, be Aware of the intuitive thoughts which guide you to your highest good and bring the gift of bliss and creativity.
