The lower self is concerned with the logical, rather than intuitive, point of view. When it is trained to integrate with your Higher Self, it is most useful. The integration process of Higher Self to lower self is accomplished through Meditation, Spiritual Study and Conscious Awareness. Everything has consciousness. Consciousness means self-awareness. Everything shares the same Universal Subconscious Mind. This means that it is possible to communicate with anything through the process of thought. Everything emits a vibration, as science has proven, including thought. Through thought you can mentally connect with other vibrations, and therefore communicate with them.
